GENERAL TERMS

Current prices may change based on demand.

I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a commission for any reason.
ORDERING PROCESS
-
Commission requests will only be accepted by order form. Unfortunately, I do not have a waitlist system. To track when my commissions will open again, please follow me on Twitter or Instagram.

Forms with missing information will be ignored.

I don't design characters or outfits. However, minor tweaks to designs will be accepted. I also accept sketch references with color palettes.

Once you have filled out the form, I will be in touch with a quote within 48 hours. If you wish to make changes to your order after seeing the price, you may do so over email.

Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the character and additional details you would like to include.
PAYMENT
-
You may pay 100% of the cost up front, or 50% up-front + 50% after the sketch has been completed.

I accept Paypal orders in USD only.

I will send you an invoice after we have confirmed the order. Once you have completed the payment, I will add you to my "to do" list. Orders will be completed in order of when I receive your first payment.
PRODUCTION

You may keep track of your order progress through my Trello board ("Check Progress" button).

I will send you a sketch and get your approval before moving to the next steps. This is your chance to point out any details I may have missed or request revisions. You may request up to 2 major revisions (pose or composition changes).

All pieces will be finished within 4 months of accepting the order. You may request a rush deadline for an additional fee. I will let you know if your deadline is possible depending on my other commitments.

Once the piece is complete, I will send you a final version to review. Any revisions not resulting from a mistake on my end will require additional fees.

After getting your approval, I will send you 2 final copies (one high and one low resolution). You may also request a video time lapse of your commission process.

I appreciate your patience. My goal is to provide you with the highest quality art and respond to your requests to the best of my abilities. If you have any questions or concerns during the process, do not hesitate to reach out to me.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE

I retain the right to post any commissioned piece on my portfolio, social media, or other published content unless the customer and I have agreed otherwise in writing.

I will not profit from commissioned pieces after sending the final copy unless the customer breaks any of the terms.

You, the customer, may repost the commissioned work with proper crediting (my username and social media site is sufficient)

You may do whatever you like with the piece so long as it is for personal use (personal t-shirts, mugs, prints, etc.)

You may NOT post any edits to the final version without my consent.

You may NOT reproduce, use, or alter the content for monetary purposes.

You may NOT claim the artwork as your own.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if I have not started working on your piece.
-
You will receive a full refund if I cannot start your order within 4 months for whatever reason.

I will not offer a refund once I begin working on your order. The exception to this is if I am unable to finish the piece within 4 months. In this case, I will refund you 50% of the piece and your order will be completed at a later date.
